This co-working space is designed to comfortably host around 100 people, creating a place where freelancers, startups, and small teams can work, collaborate, and grow together. The goal was to build more than just a workspace—it’s about creating a community that balances productivity with comfort, creativity, and flexibility. Whether someone is focused on deep work at a dedicated desk, brainstorming with a team in a meeting room, or catching up with peers in a lounge, the space adapts to their needs. Layout is thoughtfully organized into different zones so people can choose how they want to work. Open-plan workstations encourage collaboration and interaction, while private offices and meeting rooms give space for focused work and confidential discussions. Breakout areas, casual lounges, and a central café act as spots for informal conversations, networking, or simply taking a break. Every corner is designed with comfort in mind—natural light floods the interiors, greenery and biophilic touches add a refreshing atmosphere, and furniture is ergonomic and flexible. Modern tech features like high-speed internet, video conferencing, and smart booking systems ensure everything runs smoothly, supporting both creative and technical work.

The design is built around a simple rectangle, chosen for its clarity, efficiency, and adaptability. Rectangles are easy to organize, making circulation natural and functional, and their modular nature allows spaces to be rearranged or expanded without disrupting the flow. The rectangular form influences everything—from the overall floor plan to furniture, partitions, and window layouts—giving the space a sense of order and harmony.
