Tetra Verde Heights
A 2025 mixed-use high-rise in Islamabad’s New Blue Area, reimagines vertical living with a Green Piazza and vertical gardens, blending urban density with nature and community.

Tetra Verde Heights, completed in 2025, is a 38-floor mixed-use high-rise located in Islamabad’s New Blue Area. Spanning a total built-up area of 628,480 sq.ft. on a 91,000 sq.ft. site, the tower introduces a new paradigm of vertical living—one where urban density is balanced by ecological sensitivity and community well-being. The project is anchored by the concept of “A Green Vertical Piazza: Bridge between the Urban Chaos and Elevated Living.” At its core lies the Green Piazza, a multi-level open-air plaza embedded within the building, functioning as a social hub where residents, office workers, and visitors converge. Unlike conventional towers that isolate people, this design integrates communal gathering, rest, and productivity within a vertical framework. The Green Piazza invites people into a calming oasis suspended above the city, embodying a vision of high-rise living where built form and natural systems coalesce to create spaces of openness, connectivity, and serenity amidst urban chaos.
