Parwaz - Transit Hub
A multifunctional transit hub inspired by the honeybee, combining transport, hospitality, and commerce into one dynamic landmark.

Parwaz is envisioned as a three-story bus terminal integrated with an eight-story multifunctional accommodation block, designed to serve as both a transport hub and community destination. Inspired by the honeybee’s efficiency and structure, the design merges transportation, hospitality, commerce, and leisure into a cohesive whole. The terminal body represents the bee’s form, symbolizing constant movement, while split circulation paths for buses and private cars reflect the bee’s wings, ensuring smooth, conflict-free traffic. The accommodation block draws from honeycomb geometry, enabling modularity and efficient use of space. Together, these elements create a landmark that supports travelers and enriches the surrounding community.

The bus terminal spans three levels: the ground floor accommodates ticketing halls, bus bays, and split vehicle ways; the first floor features waiting and VIP lounges with public offices; and the second floor provides staff workspaces and control rooms. The accommodation block extends vertically, with a basement for parking, a commercial ground level, restaurants, short-stay pods, bedrooms, and upper-level wellness and entertainment facilities. Circulation is carefully organized with separate vehicular pathways and vertical cores connecting all levels. Architecturally, the roof echoes bee wings in motion, while the façade adopts honeycomb patterns. Durable, sustainable materials paired with natural light and ventilation enhance usability. Parwaz redefines the bus terminal as an interconnected urban hive—efficient, vibrant, and community-focused.
